gave them to us because they each serve a different purpose.

high blood cholesterol, the effects of osteoporosis (thinning
of the bones) and arthritis, and the symptoms of pre-menstrual
syndrome and menopause. It can improve balance, muscular

and help with poor circulation, and can relieve sleeping
problems, stress and anxiety. In so many ways, regular exercise

your physical and mental health, no matter what your age.
